Practical and Contemporary Residential Units at the Riva Construction Site

In this special project carried out in the Riva district of Istanbul, we built modern structures in an area of 4500 m² to increase both the working and living quality of the construction site workers. Various buildings within the scope of the project were designed to meet the needs of the workers at the highest level.

High Ceiling Dining Hall Building:
We built a dining hall building with a high ceiling so that the personnel can eat in a spacious environment at the construction site. This area helps the workers to gather their energy with its spacious and comfortable structure.

Multi-Purpose Building:
This building was designed as a structure where the upper floor is used as a staff dormitory and the lower floor as an office. In this way, the employees have the opportunity to both rest and work in the same area.

Management Office Building:
There is an integrated dining hall section in the management office building. In this way, the food needs of the management staff can be easily met in the building.

Workers’ Dormitory Building:
This dormitory building, which was dismantled from the existing containers and built as 36 and 3 floors with new containers, offers a comfortable living space for the workers. Thanks to the modern container system, the workers are allowed to rest in a comfortable environment.

With this project at the Riva construction site, we optimized working and living spaces with modern solutions and maximized efficiency. All the necessary details were considered for both the comfort of the employees and the smooth progress of the work processes. With this project, an environment was created that would meet all the needs of the construction site management and employees.
