Efficient and Modern Living Spaces at the Riva Construction Site
In this special project carried out in the Riva region of Istanbul, we constructed modern buildings over an area of 4,500 square meters to enhance the quality of work and living conditions for construction site workers. The various buildings within the scope of the project were designed to meet workers’ needs at the highest level.
High-Ceiling Dining Hall:
We built a high-ceiling dining hall to allow staff to dine in a spacious environment on the construction site. This area helps workers recharge their energy in a comfortable and expansive space.
Multipurpose Building:
This structure was designed with a dual function: the upper floor serves as accommodation for staff, while the ground floor functions as an office. This setup allows employees to rest and work within the same area.
Administrative Office Building:
The administrative office building includes a fully integrated dining hall section. This enables the dietary needs of the administrative personnel to be easily met within the building.
Workers’ Accommodation Building:
The workers’ accommodation building, reconstructed using new containers in a configuration of 36 units across 3 floors, provides a comfortable living space for workers. Thanks to the modern container system, workers can rest in a convenient and cozy environment.
Through this project at the Riva construction site, we have enhanced both work and living spaces with modern solutions, maximizing efficiency. Every detail necessary for employee comfort and workflow continuity was considered. This project created an environment that fully meets the needs of both site management and staff.
